Before you buy

Sizing, which leash length, which buckle, whether two things go together: ask away. That is what we spend our time on, and we will answer in plain terms rather than steering you to the expensive one.

After you buy

We cannot help. Once you click through, the order lives entirely with our retail partner: they have your payment, your address and your tracking number, and we have none of it. Sign in to your account with them and raise it against the order.

What we can actually fix

• A link that goes to the wrong product
• A spec, colour or size that disagrees with the listing
• A product that has disappeared from the retailer but is still on this site
• A page that renders badly on your phone

Where to write

[email protected]. One person reads it, usually within a couple of working days. There is no phone line and no live chat; if we had one it would be a bot, and neither of us wants that.
